During our family stay at Pension Heidi in Kaprun, we were pleasantly surprised by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The owner-manager's hospitality was exceptional, making us feel right at home. The hotel's prime location made it a breeze to access the Kitzsteinhorn/Maiskogel - Kaprun Ski Resort and Schmittenhoehe Ski Resort, perfect for our skiing adventures. As a culinary critic, I appreciated the hearty breakfast that catered to all appetites.We enjoyed onsite activities like snowshoeing and found the downhill skiing facilities top-notch. The ski shuttle service was particularly convenient for our family outings. The kids had a blast playing table tennis on the premises.The only minor hiccup was the lack of soap in the bathroom, which would be a simple improvement. Pension Heidi offers great value for families seeking a cozy retreat in Kaprun. We look forward to returning and creating more cherished memories in this family-friendly haven.
